Abstract
La presente comprende un procedimiento enantioselectivo de preparacion de un compuesto de formula (4) en la que n, m, R y R1 son como se definieron en la memoria descriptiva, el cual comprende: (a) epoxidacion asimétrica de un compuesto de formula (1) en la que R1 y m son como se definieron anteriormente, con un agente de oxidacion en presencia de un compuesto opticamente activo, para dar un compuesto de formula (2) en la que R1 y m son como se definieron anteriormente, seguido de (b) reaccion del compuesto de formula (2) con un compuesto de formula (3) en la que R y n son como se definieron anteriormente, en presencia de una base; en donde el procedimiento se lleva a cabo sin aislamiento del compuesto de formula (2). También se describe el uso de los compuestos de formula (4) en un procedimiento de preparacion de compuestos de formula (5) e intermediarios utiles en el procedimiento.
