Abstract

Un método para separar uno o más taxanos de una mezcla que contiene taxanos obtenidos de un proceso de síntesis o semisíntesis, el método comprende los pasos de: a) tratar la mezcla con una resina cromatográfica de sílice enlazada a polietileneimina; en donde uno o más taxanos son derivados de una o más plantas Taxus, en donde uno o más taxanos no derivan solamente de Taxus brevifolia; b) extraer el o los taxanos de la resina cromatográfica de sílice enlazada a polietilenimina con un extractor; y c) recuperar el o los taxanos extraídos. Dicho método en donde la mezcla comprende menos de 25 % o más de 40 % en peso de taxanos primarios y la resina cromatográfica de sílice enlazada a 60 a 300 Angstrom. Dicho método en donde el o los taxanos extraídos tienen una pureza de al menos 70 %. Un método para separar taxol A de una mezcla que contiene taxano derivado naturalmente. Un método para purificar uno o más taxanos desde un extracto de biomasa.
