Abstract
Casete de expresión que incluye una secuencia de ácido nucleico que codifica una EPSPS. En particular, se refiere a un casete de expresión que incluye en el sentido de la transcripción, unidas entre sí de manera funcional, una secuencia de regulación promotora funcional en las células vegetales o las plantas, una secuencia de ácido nucleico que codifica una EPSPS y una secuencia terminadora, funcional en las células vegetales o plantas, caracterizada porque la secuencia de regulación promotora es una secuencia de ácido nucleico elegida entre las secuencias de regulación promotora del virus de planta CsVMV (Cassava Vein Mosaic Virus). Reivindicación 10: Células vegetales transformadas, caracterizadas porque incluyen una casete de expresión según una de las reivindicaciones 1 a 8. Reivindicación 13: Procedimiento de tratamiento de plantas según la reivindicación 11, caracterizado porque dichas plantas se tratan con herbicida inhibidor de la EPSPS.
