Abstract
Construcciones y métodos para expresar genes de tolerancia a herbicida en plástidos de células de plantas. Las construcciones comprenden los siguientescomponentes en la direccion 5 a 3 de transcripcion: a) un promotor funcional en un plástido de planta; b) una secuencia de ADN que es capaz de conferirtolerancia en una célula de planta a por lo menos un compuesto herbicida cuando dicha secuencia de ADN es transcripta en plástidos de dicha célula de planta yc) una region de terminacion de transcripcion Plástido de célula de planta, planta, semilla de planta, célula de planta o progenie de la misma, método paraproducir tolerancia a un herbicida en una célula de planta.
