Abstract

El método permite envasar y transportar productos alimenticios congelados, ya cocidos o precocidos, desde el lugar de elaboración hacia el lugar de abastecimiento, en donde dichos productos alimenticios se realimentan en bandejas apilables (20) para envasado, transporte y recalentamiento; tales bandejas se pueden encajar una dentro de la otra después de su uso. Las bandejas (20) están disenadas con porciones inclinadas (26) y aberturas (31, 32,36, 37 y 38) que permiten que dichos productos alimenticios se calienten uniformemente.
