Abstract

The invention relates to a method allowing frozen cooked and pre-cooked food products to be packaged in trays (20) which can be nested inside each other, for packaging, transport and reheating. Trays (20) are designed with sloped portions (26), and openings (31, 32, 36 and 38), allowing said products to be uniformly reheated for a second time.
