A presente invenção refere-se a um método que possibilita que produtos alimentícios congelados cozidos ou pré-cozidos sejam empacotados e transportados de um local de fabricação para um local de bufê onde eles sejam reaquecidos em bandejas empilháveis 20 para empacotamento, transporte e reaquecimento, que possam ser encaixadas umas dentro das outras depois do uso. As bandejas (20) são desenhadas com porções inclinadas (26) e aberturas (31, 32, 36, 37 e 38) possibilitando aos ditos produtos serem uniformemente reaquecidos."CAPABLE, STACKABLE AND LOADABLE TRAYS AND INDUSTRIAL BUFFER METHOD USING THESE TRAYS". The present invention relates to a method which enables cooked or precooked frozen food products to be packaged and transported from a manufacturing location to a buffet location where they are reheated in stackable trays for packaging, transporting and reheating, which can be fitted into each other after use. The trays (20) are designed with inclined portions (26) and openings (31, 32, 36, 37 and 38) enabling said products to be uniformly reheated.
