CONSTA DE UNA BASE DE HARINA EN FORMA DE COSTRA CRUJIENTE, CON UNA DE LAS CARAS UNTADA CON TOMATE, SOBRE LA QUE SE DEPOSITAN PRODUCTOS ALIMENTICIOS SOLIDOS TALES COMO CARNE PICADA, ATUN, TOCINO, SARDINAS, JAMON PRECOCIDO Y SOBRASADA, CON UN RECUBRIMIENTO DE QUESO FUNDIDO. EL ASPECTO DEL PRODUCTO ALIMENTICIO ES EL DE UNA TORTA QUE PUEDE TENER CUALQUIER FORMA, POR EJEMPLO RECTANGULAR. LA COSTRA SE OBTIENE A PARTIR DE UNA PIEZA DELGADA PANIFICABLE Y PRECOCIDA PARTIDA POR LA MITAD. CADA MITAD CONSTITUYE LA BASE DE UNA UNIDAD DEL PRODUCTO QUE SE UNTA CON TOMATE POR UNA CARA.
