Abstract

Un producto alimenticio, de batido listo para hornear para bizcochos que comprende un contenedor impermeable a los gases, un actividad de agua baja, proporción elevada de batido de bizcocho dispuesto dentro y que llena parcialmente el contenedor y un gas inerte de bajo oxígeno en la parte superior no llenada. La proporción de azúcar/harina en el batido varía desde 1,5:1 a 3,5:1. El batido posee una actividad de agua menor a 0,85. Puede contener goma gellan, humectante, emulsificadores, sorbato, benzoato de sodio o potasio. Método para fabricar dicho artículo, suministrando dicho contenedor, colocando dentro el batido y el gas inerte y sellando el contenedor.
