Abstract

Un proceso para obtener productos de acero al carbono o acero inoxidable en un convertidor de horno de arco (8) que tiene dos cubas (9, 10), donde durante la fundición se gira, un sistema de electrodos (11) sobre cada cuba (9, 10) y al descarbonizar con oxígeno se introduce una lanza superior (12) en cada cuba (9, 10) y se introduce por lo menos una o varias lanzas laterales (13) en la cuba (9, 10) para descarbonizar, donde se realiza un inmediato cambio de calidad, de fundición de acero al carbono a fundición de acero inoxidable o viceversa, si se descarboniza con oxígeno/mezcla de oxígeno a través de la lanza superior (12) y/o se descarboniza con oxígeno/mezcla de oxígeno a través de por lo menos una lanza lateral (13) o viceversa, todo ello con tiempos de sangrado que dependen de la operación de un dispositivo de colada continua (18) conectado a continuación, permite un cambio de la sucesión de materiales fundidos independiente del tiempo. Reivindicación 12: Planta de producción para obtener productos de acero al carbono o de acero inoxidable en un convertidor de horno de arco (8) con dos cubas (9, 10) y cada cuba (9, 10) tiene asignadas lanzas superiores (12) que se pueden bajar o girar y un sistema de electrodos (11) dispuestos entre las cubas (9, 10), que se pueden girar sobre una cuba (9, 10) a la vez caracterizado porque cada cuba (9, 10) consiste en un recipiente volcable o fijo (9, 10) y porque además de las lanzas superiores (12) se prevé una o varias lanzas laterales (13) porque entre las cubas (9, 10) se prevé un sistema de electrodos basculante (11) y porque a continuación se prevén una instalación de vacío (15) (VD/VOD), una estación de horno metalúrgico (16), un dispositivo de colada continua (18), un tren de laminación en caliente (23), un tren de laminación en frío continuo (26) o un tren de laminación reversible (27) para productos planos y largos y un dispositivo de bobinado (32), todos en la misma línea (24).
