Abstract
La instalación de propulsión (100) está provista con un motor eléctrico que se encuentra en la carcasa (12) de una barquilla ubicada en la parte inferior del casco de un navío. Al árbol de accionamiento (1), que soporta al rotor (4) del motor eléctrico hay acoplada por lo menos una hélice propulsora (2, 3). Para que una instalación propulsora de este tipo pueda soportar cargas por sacudimiento, el estator (5) del motor eléctrico está fijado al rotor (4) a través de cojinetes de giro (9); además, la unidad constructiva constituida por el estator (5) y el rotor (4) está apoyada en forma elástica (10, 11) tanto sobre la carcasa (12) como también sobre el árbol de accionamiento (1).
