Abstract
Se revela un dispositivo de administracion de medicamento implantable, rellenable de caudal controlado, que incluye una estructura de base que tiene por lo menos una primera abertura y una segunda abertura, definiendo la estructura de base una cámara, un tabique que cubre la primera abertura que está configurado para sustancialmente evitar pérdidas de la primera abertura a un exterior del dispositivo, un tubo de administracion de medicamento que comprende un primer extremo distal y un segundo extremo distal, en el que el primer extremo distal del tubo comunica con la cámara a través de la segunda abertura, y por lo menos una membrana permeable limitante de caudal dispuesta a través de un pasaje entre las estructuras de base y el segundo extremo distal del tubo de administracion de medicamento, cuya membrana regula pasivamente la administracion de medicamento. El dispositivo de administracion de medicamento se utiliza para proporcionar administracion controlada de medicamento a una porcion interna del cuerpo y es ventajosamente a prueba de pérdidas y no se basa en un diferencial de presion para impulsar el medicamento del dispositivo.
