Abstract
Se describe y reivindica un método para producir dominios proteicos funcionales que son fragmentos de productos primarios de la traduccion, que comprenden al menos un dominio proteico codificado por subgrupos de secuencias exonicas específicas. El método está basado en la integracion recombinante homologa de una unidad reguladora en el gen eucariotico que codifica el producto de la traduccion primaria; a nivel de la region genomica intronica, inmediatamente adyacente a las secuencias exonicas que codifican dichos dominios proteicos funcionales. Específicamente se trata de obtener una proteína que es el dominio de una proteína funcional, indistintamente C-terminal o N-terminal, proveniente de la traduccion primaria de un gen. Se describen y reivindican además los objetos restantes mencionados en el título.
