Abstract
Disposiciones de análisis espectrales y métodos para determinar las propiedades físicas y químicas de una muestra por medio de la medicion de las características opticas de la luz emitida desde la muestra. En una realizacion, un cabezal de sonda para su uso con un espectrometro incluye un reflector para iluminar un volumen de muestra dispuesto circunferencialmente alrededor de la fuente de luz del cabezal de sonda. En otra realizacion, un cabezal de sonda incluye un elemento de bloque optico para forzar el paso optico entre la fuente de luz y un receptor optico conectado optimamente al espectrometro dentro de la muestra. El cabezal de sonda incluye además un obturador de referencia para bloquear selectivamente la luz emitida desde la muestra para evitar que alcance el receptor optico para facilitar la calibracion del espectrometro.
