Abstract
Oppfinnelsen vedrører en spektroskopisk anordning for å måle i det minste to spektralt forskjøvne spektralfordelinger av en lysstråle, der anordningen innbefatter et spredningselement tilpasset å danne en romlig spredning av spektralkomponenten i en lysstråle når spredningselementet belyses av lysstrålen, og en detektor tilpasset å måle intensiteten av i det minste en del av de spredte spektralkomponentene der anordningen ytterligere innbefatter en optisk forskyvningsinnretning tilpasset å belyse spredningselementet på i det minste to ulike måter, slik at lysstrålen treffer spredningselementet ulikt, hvorved spredningselementet danner i det minste to romlig forskjøvne romlige spredninger av spektralkomponentene i lysstrålen. Oppfinnelsen vedrører ytterligere et undersøkelsessystem innbefattende den spektroskopiske anordningen for å måle i det minste to spektralforskjøvne spektralfordelinger av en lysstråle, og en fremgangsmåte for å måle i det minste to spektralt forskjøvne spektralfordelinger av en lysstråle.
