Abstract
Cabezal de impresion de inyeccion de tinta y compacto y monocromo, que tiene una disposicion escalonada de alta densidad de los generadores de gota de tinta para impresion de alto rendimiento La presente invencion proporciona un diseno de alto rendimiento, que produce una impresion de alta resolucion y alta velocidad, reduciendo al mismo tiempo el costo debido a un uso eficiente del espacio del cabezal de impresion. En particular, el cabezal de impresion compacto y de alto rendimiento de la presente invencion incluye varios aspectos térmicamente eficientes que permiten colocar una gran cantidad de generadores de gotas de tinta en un cabezal de impresion compacto, minimizando a la vez problemas tales como las difusiones térmicas. En una realizacion preferida, la densidad de generadores de gotas de tinta en el cabezal de impresion compacto supera los 10 generadores de gota de tinta por milímetro cuadrado, y el cabezal de impresion compacto contiene por lo menos 350 boquillas. Los generadores de gotas de tintas están dispuestos en por lo menos cuatro filas paralelas. Cada fila está escalonada (o desplazada) respecto de una fila adyacente para proveer una inclinacion más efectiva, que la de una disposicion no escalonada. Los generadores de gotas de tinta de la presente invencion incluyen resistores de alta resistencia y un estratificador de pasivacion para aumentar la eficiencia térmica. Se logra más control térmico disparando gotas de tinta de peso bajo desde los generadores de gotas de tinta térmicamente eficientes, a una alta frecuencia de disparos que supera los 12 kHz.
