Abstract
Un instrumento de procesamiento de dispositivo de ensayo comprende una pluralidad de modulos de procesamiento (10, 13-19). Una disposicion de transporte(11, 12) transporta un dispositivo de ensayo a cada modulo de procesamiento, estando adaptada lad isposicion de transporte para transferir el dispositivo deensayo desde la disposicion de transporte al modulo para permitir a la disposicion de transporte transportar otro dispositivo de ensayo mientras el primero esprocesado por el modulo deprocesa miento. Una disposicion de control controla la operacion de la disposicion de transporte (11, 12) de modo tal que cadadispositivo de ensayo es transferido entre los modulos en una secuencia predeterminada, y de modo tal que un numero dedispositivos de ensayo puede serprocesado en diferentes modulos simultáneamente.
