Abstract

Un método para determinar la viabilidad de protozoarios formadores de esporocitos. El método comprende tratar la muestra de protozoario con al menos unatintura vital y determinar la viabilidad de los protozoarios en la muestra mediante tincion diferencial. A continuacion es posible correlacionar la viabilidadde los protozoarios de la muestra con la viabilidad de los protozoarios de la poblacion de la cual se obtuvo la muestra.
