Abstract
Aditivo que se utiliza en la preparacion de hormigon liviano. Dicho aditivo incluye una mezcla entre aproximadamente 40% y 99% de material poliméricoorgánico y entre 1% y aproximadamente 60% de un agente de intercalacion de aire. El aditivo espartic ularmente adecuado para la preparacion de hormigon livianoque utiliza agregado de poliestireno. Provee una excelente dispersion del agregado de poliestireno y una mejor adhesividad entre el agregado de poliestireno yel aglutinante de cementocircunda nte. La formulacion de hormigon liviano resultante puede ser bombeada y es particularmente adecuada para la construccion deparedes tipo sandwich. La formulacion de hormigon liviano incluye 1 parte p/volumen de aglutinante cementador, 0,5 aalrededor de 1,5 partes p/volumen de unrelleno inerte, 2 a alrededor de 6 partes p/volumen de árido liviano por parte p/volumen de aglutinante cementador y hasta alrededor de 2% p/peso del aditivo.Un método para construir un tabique comprende lospasos de leva ntar un bastidor que tiene una pluralidad de miembros de bastidor sustancialmente paralelos yseparados entre sí, aplicar planchas de revestimiento al bastidor y llenar la cavidad formada entre dichas planchas de revestimiento con unhormigon liviano .Un método para formar una mezcla de hormigon liviano bombeable comprende los pasos de mezclar primeramente el aditivo con agua para formar una solucion acuosa,luego agregar árido de poliestireno expandido a la solucion acuosa y acontinuacion, agreg ar aglutinante cementador.
