Abstract
En una realizacion, se revelan un método y aparato de modulacion de preámbulo de Canal de Acceso Aleatorio (RACH), en el cual se filtran los componentesreales e imaginarios de un preámbulo RACH complejo, en los correspondientes filtros de formas dep ulsos. Por consiguiente, las transiciones de fase de la senalresultante se limitan a la totalidad de las posiciones de chips, y los codigos cuadrifásicos resultantes producen las senales transmitidas con Relaciones dePotencia de Pico a Promedio(PAPR ) inferiores a las que se producen usando los esquemas de Modulacion por Desplazamiento de Fase Híbrida (HPSK). Por otra parteel codigo de sincronizacion cuadrifásico resultante retiene la misma magnitud de autocorrelacion aperiodica que elcodigo bi nario original, optimizado paraproducir la mínima probabilidad de sincronizacion incorrecta.
