Abstract

Un recipiente ventilado para productos que tiene una base y una tapa que son por lo menos substancialmente impermeables a la transferencia de gas. La baseincluye un panel de base y paredes laterales. Preferiblemente se forman dos aberturas deventila cion a través de la pared lateral, y se proporciona un taponpara cada abertura de ventilacion, para permitir que las aberturas de ventilacion, sean abiertas selectivamente. Los tapones pueden estar montados sobre laspalancas de ventilacion,de manera que el pivoteo manual de las palancas de ventilacion abrirá o cerrará la abertura asociada. La abertura selectiva de lasaberturas de ventilacion permiten el cambio de gas entre el interior del recipiente y la atmosfera ambiente,proporcionando almac enamiento mejorado para elproducto. Manteniendo las aberturas de ventilacion cerradas permite que el recipiente sea usado como un recipiente para almacenar alimentos de sellado normal.El panel de base preferiblemente incluye unaserie alternante de v alles y canales para segregar condensado dentro del recipiente. Los canales pueden serconcavos hacia abajo para subdividir además el condensado dentro de cada canal. Los valles pueden incluir depresiones centrales para actuarcomo trampas parareducir el flujo de condensado sobre los valles.
