Una composicion farmacéutica conservada para la administracion topica que contiene un sistema conservante, sistema conservante que consiste esencialmenteen i)por lo menos un tensioactivo anionico seleccionado entre el grupo que consiste en laformul a (1) donde R = hidrocarburo saturado o no saturado C8-C24;X = H o CH3; Y = H, (CH2)4NH2 o (CH2)3NHC(NH2)=N+H2 y M+ = H o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable y en la formula (2) R1 = hidrocarburo saturado o no saturadoC8-C24; M+ es como sedefiniera anteriormente; ii)Uno o más ácidos antifungicos farmacéuticamente aceptables seleccionados entre el grupo que consiste en ácidoborico, ácido benzoico, ácido salicílico, ácido sorbico, ácido láctico, ácido acético y las salesfarmacéuticamente aceptab les de los mismos y iii)uno o másagentes quelantes farmacéuticamente aceptables seleccionados entre el grupo que consiste en ácido etilendiaminotetraacético, ácido etilenglicol-bis-(b-aminoetiléter) N,N,N,N-tetraacético;ácido 1,2-bis(2-aminofenoxi)e tano-N,N,NN-tetraacético; etilen-N-N-diglicina; ácido 2,2-(etilendiimino)-dibutíricoy las sales farmacéuticamente aceptables de los mismos.
