Abstract

Una composicion termoplástica para la fabricacion de una capa permeable al vapor de humedad e impermeable al líquido al revestir con dicha composicion unsustrato . Las composiciones termoplásticas comprenden polímeros termoplásticos preferidos yplas tificadores hidrofílicos adecuados que también mejoran lapermeabilidad al vapor de humedad de películas o capas fabricadas a partir de las composiciones termoplásticas. Las capas fabricadas a partir de lascomposiciones termoplásticas delpresente inv ento pueden encontrar una variedad de aplicaciones en donde es deseado la permeabilidad al vapor de humedad, talcomo lo es dentro de los artículos absorbentes como por ejemplo panales, toallas sanitarias, revestimientos de bombacha yproductos para l a incontinencia, eigualmente protectores de colchon, prendas protectoras y similares.
