Abstract

Un procedimiento para obtener, en una colada continua y en la etapa de laminado en línea inmediatamente posterior, una pre-faja con característicastales que hagan posible, en los posteriores procedimientos descendentes, la fabricacion de placas y bobinas en aceros sumamente resistentes con calibretan bajos como de 0,6 mm, con un porcentaje de contenido de carbono bajo o muy bajo, estas bobinas cuentan, para ciertas aplicaciones, con lascaracterísticas de un producto laminado en frío, donde el grosor de la placa delgada que sale del molde es reducida, en primer término, con un nucleolíquido (reduccion suave) y posteriormente es laminada en línea con un nucleo duro. Se indican rangos de valor particulares que caracterizan los parámetrosde grosor, velocidad y temperatura de la pre-faja que sale de la máquina de fundido e ingresa a la etapa de laminado, así como también características deenfriamiento. También se definen algunas características de la planta de enfriamiento que permiten llevar a cabo el procedimiento antes mencionado.
