Abstract
Un precalentador de material de carga y unidad de fundicion usada con el precalentador, para el precalentamiento de material de carga que ha de ser cargadodentro de un recipiente de horno, que tiene una chimenea que está fijada a una estructura deba stidor y que en su region superior tiene una abertura dealimentacion obturable para el material de carga y una salida de gas y en su region inferior tiene una abertura de descarga para el material de carga y unaentrada de gas, y cuyas paredes dechim enea delimitan un espacio de recepcion para el material de carga a ser calentado, estando las paredes de chimeneasubdivididas en porciones de pared de chimenea que están fijadas en forma individualmente reemplazable en la estructura debastidor.
