Abstract

Una tela fibrosa de lámina individual comprende por lo menos dos pluralidades de microrregiones diferentes colocadas en una configuracion no aleatoria y derepeticion: una primera pluralidad de microrregiones que comprende fibras interconectadas con una sustancia fibrosa de las fibras y una segunda pluralidad demicrorregiones, preferiblemente, no interconectadas con la sustancia fijadora de las fibras. La sustancia fijadora es una de hemicelulosas, lignina,extractivos poliméricos o combinacion deestas. Las fibras de la primera pluralidad de microrregiones están unidas entre sí por medio de un proceso deablandamiento, circulacion e inmovilizacion de la sustancia fijadora entre las fibras celulosicas. El proceso de fabricar la tela fibrosa comprende los pasosde: calentar la tela fibrosa a una temperatura suficiente para ablandar la sustancia fijadora contenida en ella; presionar la tela para causar que la sustanciafijadora fluya e interconecte aquellas fibras que se encuentran mutuamenteyuxtapuestas en la primera pluralidad de microrregiones; y luego inmovilizar lasustancia fijadora con lo cual se causan uniones entre las fibras que están interconectadas en la primera pluralidad de microrregiones. Un aparato fabrica latela fibrosade esta manera.
