Claims (6)

  1. 합성섬유의 필라멘트사, 또는 스펀사, 합성섬유 및 천연섬유의 스펀사 또는 이들 실을 2종 이상 사용하여 제직한 무단상의 비교적 짜기 쉬운 기포가 복수필 중합하여, 이의 편면 또는 양면에 합성섬유 및 또는 천연섬유로 되는 배트가 적층하여, 니들링에 의하여 섬유가 상호 낙합하여 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제지용 니들펠트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 복수필의 기포가 모두 일중직(1重織)으로 되는 제지용 니들 펠트.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 복수필의 기포중 일부가 비교적 짜기 쉬운 다중직이며, 나머지는 일중직으로 되는 제지용 니들 펠트.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 중합된 복수필의 무단상의 비교적 짜기 쉬운 기포사이에 합성섬유 및 또는 천연섬유로 되는 배트의 박층(薄層)이 개재하여 되는 제지용 니들 펠트.
  5. 무단상의 비교적 짜기쉬운 기포의 복수필을 각각 제직하여, 이들 기포를 니들 머시인에 긴장한 상태로 중합시켜 장치하고, 이 기포를 진행된 배트를 공급하여 적층하고, 니들링을 행하여 섬유를 상호 낙합하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제지용 니들 펠트의 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 각각의 무단상의 비교적 짜기 쉬운 기포 사이에 합성섬유 및 또는 천연섬유의 배트의 박층을 개재 시키도록 첫필째의 기포 위에 배트의 소수층을 공급하면서 니들링 하여, 배트의 공급을 중지하고, 이에 두필째의 기포를 중합하여 재차 배트의 소수층을 공급 하면서 니들링 하여, 이 조작을 되풀이 하는 제지용 니들 펠트의 제조방법.
