Abstract
La invencion brinda un método para secuenciar y analizar mediante ensayo, en forma rápida, economica y efectiva, nucleotidos en un medio líquido,utilizando fluorescencia inducida por láser de sondas antisentido, incluyendo sondas PNA. La intensidadf luorescente del medio resultante es inversamenteproporcional a la eficiencia de hibridizacion de las sondas con respecto a la secuencia blanco. El método es particularmente ventajoso debido a que norequiere la separacion de sondas no hibridizadasy complejos de hibridizacion antes de la deteccion. El método puede utilizarse para identificar regionesaccesibles en secuencia de nucleotidos plegados, para identificar el numero de pares sin coincidencia en un complejo de hibridizacion y paramapearg enomas.
