Abstract

Una suspension de vehículo para montar ruedas que hacen contacto con el piso a un chasis de vehículo tiene un eje montado a un brazo posterior a travésde un conector eje-viga. La suspension comprende por lo menos dos brazos adaptados paraser montados pivotablemente en lados opuestos del chasis y porlo menos un eje que porta rueda montado a los brazos a través de un conjunto de montura de eje. Cada uno de los conjuntos de montura de eje comprende un par deconectores viga-eje los cualle s están montados a uno de los brazos en un extremo de ello a través de una conexion revestida y están rígidamente conectados aleje en otro extremo de ello a través de montura de compresion o mediante soldadura. Cada uno de los brazos formaun collar el cual recibe el eje. Unacapa elátomerica está ubicada entre el eje y el aro para articulacion entre el eje y el aro. Cada uno de los conectores viga-eje es idéntico y está simétricoen torno a un eje longitudinal. Cada conector viga-ejee es g eneralmente triangular en configuracion bidimensional y tiene un esquinero de refuerzo enuna porcion superior de ello y en una porcion inferior de ello. Cada conector Viga-eje incluye además una placa arqueada en el otro extremo deello y através de la cual se monta el conector viga-eje al eje. El montaje de compresion incluye una banda envolvente hueca al cual circunscribe el eje yestá bajo tension suficiente para comprimir el eje en por lo menos dos conjunntos de superficies externas diametralmente opuestas ycircunferencialmente espaciadas del eje y para evitar movimiento del eje con respecto a la banda envolvente bajo condiciones de servicio ordinario.
