Abstract
Un método para determinar el perfil de ensayo para ensayo vibracional al azar en laboratorio acelerado de un producto, comprendiendo el método lasetapas de:(i) seleccionar la gama de frecuencias a ser utilizada en el ensayo en laboratorio acelerado, (ii) desarrollar una funcion de densidad espectralde potencia compuesta PSDJ(f), representativa de la densidad espectral de potencia PSD para cargas vibracionales al azar en niveles de vibracion decampo esperados, (iii) desarrollar el perfil apropiado para PSDR(f) para producir en el producto la fuerza de aceleracion de ensayo que correspondan ala funcion PSDJ(f), (iv) calcular la curva de respuesta de tension H(f) para el producto representativo de la funcion de transmisibilidad desde las fuerzas deaceleracion de entrada a las fuerzas de tension de vibracion locales (v), seleccionar la duracion de ensayo T en base a las capacidades del equipo deensayo y el tiempo de ensayo disponible, y después calcular el factorde amplificacion en base a la relacion(iv) recalcular el perfil de PSD acelerado,PSDT(f) para el ensayo en base a la duracion de ensayo seleccionada y el factor de ganancia; y luego (vii) ensayar el producto utilizando la funcion PSDseleccionada para validar el tiempo de vida util de servicio requerido para el producto cuando no se observan fallos en el ensayo durante el tiempo de ensayoT.
