Abstract

"MéTODO PARA ESPECIFICAR TESTES DE VIBRAçãO RANDÈMICOS PARA VALIDAçãO DA DURABILIDADE DO PRODUTO". Trata-se de um método para determinar o perfil de teste para o teste acelerado vibracional randómico em laboratório de um produto, incluindo as etapas de (i) selecionar a faixa de freq³ência coberta no teste acelerado em laboratório, (ii) desenvolver uma função de Densidade Especial de Força composta simplificada PSD~ j~(f), incluindo coeficientes de escalonamento, representativa da PSD para as cargas de vibração randómicas nos níveis de vibração de campo esperadas, (iii) desenvolver o formato de uma Densidade Espectral de Força do teste acelerado em laboratório da PSD~ T~(f) para produzir no produto as forças de aceleração do teste correspondendo a função PSD~ j~, (iv) calcular a curva de resposta ao esforço H(f) para o produto representativa da função de transmissibilidade a partir das forças de aceleração de entrada para as forças de esforço de vibração locais, (v) selecionar a duração do teste T e então calcular o fator de amplificação AF a partir da relação (a), (vi) recalcular o perfil PSD acelerado PSD~ T~(f) para o teste baseado na duração do teste selecionada e no fator de amplificação (b), e então (vii) testar o produto utilizando a função PSD selecionada, para validar o tempo de vida útil de performance requerido para o produto quando nenhuma falha de teste é observada através da duração do teste T.
