Abstract
Un aparato para hidroformar una pieza de trabajo hueca para realizar trabajo situadas en una matriz pasando a través de ésta, y que incorpora unmedio para eyectar los pedazos o tapones de material así originados, que utiliza el fluídoh idroformante presurizado como fuerza impulsora para eyectarel pedazo de material creado por un medio para realizar orificios en la pieza de trabajo situada en la matriz, que incluye un punzon movil dispuesto dentrode una perforacion, practicadaen uno de los bloques de la matriz, que abre en la cavidad. Elpunzon incluye un borde cortante en una primera extremidad, quees adyacente a la cavidad. El orificio es formado cuando el punzon es insertado contra una pieza de trabajo huecaposicionanda en el aparato, con lo cual secrea un pedazo o tapon de material. El medio eyector del pedazo de material, incluye dos pasadizos formados internamente en el mismo bloque de matris quetiene el medio para realizar orificios en una piezade trabajo si tuada en la matriz. Los pasadizos se extiendenen una direccion genereal transversal conrespecto a la perforaciom, estando un primer pasadizo en comunicacion, con la fuente del fluido hidroformante y el segundopasadizo situado enforma opuestaal primero, para formar un canaclonj para capturar el pedazo de material eyectado por el fluido hidroformante suministrado al primer pasadizo, solamentedespués que la pieza e trabajo ha sido hidroformada y permanece presurizada y el punzon ret raido.
