Abstract

Se refiere a un método para ajustar la superficie límite entre las dos soluciones mutuamente separables en extración líquido-líquido en elextremo de descarga de la parte de separación y para impedir la aireación de las soluciones cuandol as mismas son descargadas desde la parte de separación,de manera que la altura de rebose de la solución orgánica más liviana sedimentada se mantiene constante. A fin de ajustar la superficie límite entrelas soluciones mutuamenteseparables, la altura de rebose de la solución acuosa más pesada se ajusta al conducir a la solución acuosa sedimentadadesde abajo hacia arriba a través de los elementos tubulares, en cuyo caso la altura de estos tubos de rebose puedeajustarse. La aireación de lassoluciones cuando son descargadas desde la parte de separación es impedida al conducir a las soluciones en los tubos de transferencia a través de lascajas de vertedero en forma de pozo cubiertas que son másprofundas que el extremo de descarga. También se refiere a un aparato por el cual la superficielímite entre las soluciones se ajusta y se previene la aireación.
