Abstract

Se refiere a una disposición de abertura para empaques descartables de uso único (1) del tipo que se fabrican de un material en forma de cinta continuo ouna plancha de material. El material de empaque consiste en un núcleo de papel o cartón al cualse laminan diferentes capas de termoplásticos y posiblementeuna capa de barrera, que consiste normalmente de papel de aluminio. La disposición de abertura incluye un orificio (2) en el material de empaque ycubierto al menos por la capa o capas internas del material de empaque, una línea de perforación (3) que se extiende al menos desde un lado del orificio(2), y un dispositivo de penetración externo (4) aplicado sobre el exterior del contenedor de empaque (1). Un extremo del dispositivo de penetración (4) seencuentra disenado en forma de gancho (11). El dispositivo de penetración (4) se encuentra previsto para separarse del contenedor de empaque (1) y, con lapunta (20) de la porción en forma de gancho (12), se penetran las capas que cubren el orificio (2). El dispositivo de penetración (4) se tirasubsecuentemente a lo largo de la línea de perforación (3) abriendo así una gran parte del lado del contenedor de empaque (5, 8 o 10).
