Abstract

Se muestra y se describe un empalme de suspensión de barra en forma de V y un método para posicionar un eje. En una realización recomendada delpresente invento, dos brazos están montados entre el eje y los rieles del chasis del vehículo,e xtendiéndose los brazos hacia afuera en un ángulo demodo tal de formar un empalme en forma de V, teniendo su vértice en el eje. El primer extremo de cada brazo está acoplado a un eje mediante un bujeorientado verticalmente, el cual está sujeto auna pieza de fijación de eje la cual a su vez está montada sobre el eje. Montando verticalmente los bujes, losextremos de los brazos pueden estar juntos más cerca, aumentando así el ángulo entre los brazos y reduciendo las tensiones en los brazosy en los bujes. Elextremo distante del centro de cada brazo está acoplado a un riel de chasis mediante un buje orientado verticalmente, que está fijado en su lugar medianteorejetas de anclaje que se proporcionan sobre placas de unión superiorese inferiores, las cuales forman parte del montaje del chasis del vehículo. Laseparación y la ubicación lateral del eje se ajusta fácilmente al eje mediante el uso de separadores entre la pieza de fijación de los bujes.
