Abstract
Un implante de prótesis para senos que comprende una carcasa de tela biocompatible cónica en general. Dicha carcasa es permeable al crecimiento detejido y líquidos corporales. El interior de la carcasa está dividido en una serie de cámarasseparadas por divisores de tela, conteniendo las cámaras masasde fibras biocompatibles. La concentración de fibras en las cámaras más cercanas al ápice del cono es menor que la concentración en las cámarasprogresivamente más alejadas del ápice del cono. De preferencia, la carcasa es algo estirable para permitir que el volumen de la misma aumente o disminuyasegún el aumento o pérdida de peso de la paciente.
