Claims (8)
- 可撓性の本体と、
該可撓性の本体の近位部分に隣接している近位のコネクタと、
前記可撓性の本体内に配置された細長いシャフトと、
を含む細長いカテーテルであって、
前記細長いシャフトは、ハウジング、ドライブケーブル、及び、前記可撓性の本体の遠位部分に隣接している、前記ドライブケーブルに結合した作業要素を有し、該作業要素は、前記ハウジング内で保持され、前記ドライブケーブルは、トルク伝達コア、及び、該トルク伝達コアの外側に長さ方向に配置された少なくとも1つの導体を有し、前記トルク伝達コアは、前記ハウジングに固定され、前記少なくとも1つの導体は、前記作業要素に取り付けられ、前記トルク伝達コアの外側を通って前記細長いシャフトの近位部分まで延びて前記コネクタに接続され、前記ドライブケーブルは、ポリマージャケット又は複数のポリマーバンドをさらに含み、前記ポリマージャケット又は複数のポリマーバンドはそれぞれ、前記少なくとも1つの導体を前記トルク伝達コアに固定する、細長いカテーテル。 - 前記少なくとも1つの導体は電気導体である、請求項1に記載の細長いカテーテル。
- 前記少なくとも1つの導体は光ファイバである、請求項1に記載の細長いカテーテル。
- 前記ドライブケーブルは、前記少なくとも1つの導体と前記トルク伝達コアとの間に電気絶縁層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の細長いカテーテル。
- 前記ドライブケーブルはポリマージャケットを含み、前記少なくとも1つの導体は、前記ポリマージャケット内に包埋され、さらに、該ポリマージャケットは、前記トルク伝達コアに固定される、請求項1に記載の細長いカテーテル。
- 前記トルク伝達コアはステンレス鋼を用いて作製される、請求項1に記載の細長いカテーテル。
- 前記作業要素は、圧電性マイクロマシン加工超音波トランスデューサ(PMUT)及び容量性マイクロマシン加工超音波トランスデューサ(CMUT)のうちの1つである、請求項1に記載の細長いカテーテル。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の細長いカテーテル、並びに
前記細長いカテーテルの前記近位のコネクタとインターフェイスをとるように構成されたインターフェイスモジュールであって、前記細長いシャフトの近位部分に固定して結合するように構成された回転要素、該回転要素に隣接して置かれ且つ該回転要素から離間された静止要素であり、前記回転要素を介して前記作業要素まで信号を通す、及び、前記作業要素から信号を受けるように構成された静止要素、並びに、前記回転要素が前記細長いシャフトの近位部分に固定して結合する場合に前記回転要素及び前記細長いシャフトを回転させるための前記回転要素に結合したモーターを含む、インターフェイスモジュール、
を含む血管内システム。
