Claims (11)

前記ポリマーフィルムの外側に配置される第1の導体層と、
前記ポリマーフィルムの内側に配置される第2の導体層と
を含み、
前記第1の導体層と前記第2の導体層との両方が接地シールドを提供する、
撮像装置。 - 第3の導体層が前記超音波トランスデューサ上に配置され、前記第3の導体層と前記第2の導体層との間にアンダーフィル材料が配置される、請求項1に記載の撮像装置。
- 前記第2の導体層は、0.5μm〜2.0μmの厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の撮像装置。
- 前記第1の導体層は、0.5μm〜1.0μmの厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の撮像装置。
- 前記第1の導体層及び前記第2の導体層は金を含む、請求項1に記載の撮像装置。
- 後側音響インピーダンス整合構造をさらに含み、前記後側音響インピーダンス整合構造は、前記超音波トランスデューサの内側に配置され、バッキング材料をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の撮像装置。
- 前記バッキング材料は、セラミック材料又は金属のうちの少なくとも一方を含むエポキシを含む、請求項6に記載の撮像装置。
- 前記バッキング材料は、135μm〜50μmの厚さを有する、請求項7に記載の撮像装置。
- 前記可撓性の細長い部材の前記遠位部分に配置された追加の超音波トランスデューサをさらに含み、前記超音波トランスデューサと前記追加の超音波トランスデューサとは、超音波スキャナアセンブリを形成するように円周方向に配置された複数の超音波トランスデューサであり、
前記音響インピーダンス整合構造は、前記複数の超音波トランスデューサの半径方向外側に配置される、
請求項1に記載の撮像装置。 - 前記複数の超音波トランスデューサの半径方向内側に配置されたバッキング材料をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の撮像装置。
