Claims (3)
- 光源からの光路上に配置され、物体光と参照光を分離する第1のビームスプリッターと、
前記物体光の光路上に配置され被計測物に前記物体光を走査する走査装置と、
前記参照光の光路上に配置された第2のビームスプリッターと、
前記第2のビームスプリッターで分離された第1の参照光の光路上にあり該光路上を可動な第1の参照鏡と、
前記第2のビームスプリッターで分離された第2の参照光の光路上にあり該光路上を可動な第2の参照鏡とを備えており、
前記第2の参照鏡は、前記第1の参照鏡に較べて移動速度が速い又は異なった速度で移動することを特徴とするスペクトル干渉光コヒーレンストモグラフィー。 - 光源からの光路上に配置され、物体光と参照光を分離するビームスプリッターと、
前記物体光の光路上に配置され被計測物に前記物体光を走査する走査装置と、
前記ビームスプリッターからの前記物体光と参照光が重なった光を受光するスペクトロメータと、
前記参照光の光路上に配置された第1の偏光ビームスプリッターと、
前記第1の偏光ビームスプリッターで分離された第1の参照光の光路上にあり該光路上を可動な第1の参照鏡と、
前記第1の偏光ビームスプリッターで分離された第2の参照光の光路上にあり該光路上を可動な第2の参照鏡と、
前記ビームスプリッターのスペクトロメータに向かう出光側の光路上に設けた第2の偏光ビームスプリッターとを備えており、
前記第2の参照鏡は、前記第1の参照鏡に較べて移動速度が速い又は異なった速度で移動することを特徴とするスペクトル干渉光コヒーレンストモグラフィー。 - 光源からの光路上に配置され、物体光と参照光を分離するビームスプリッターと、
前記物体光の光路上に配置され被計測物に前記物体光を走査する走査装置と、
前記参照光の光路上に配置された偏光ビームスプリッターと、前記ビームスプリッターからの前記物体光と参照光が重なられた光を受光するスペクトロメータと、
前記光源とビームスプリッターとの光路上に設けられた偏光選択器と、
前記偏光ビームスプリッターで分離された第1の参照光の光路上にあり該光路上を可動な第1の参照鏡と、
前記偏光ビームスプリッターで分離された第2の参照光の光路上にあり該光路上を可動な第2の参照鏡と、を備えており、
前記偏光選択器は、光源からの光を互いに90°偏光した第1の入光と第2の入光に分離するとともに、第1の入光と第2の入光とを交互に通過させるものであり、
前記第2の参照鏡は、前記第1の参照鏡に較べて移動速度が速い又は移動速度が異なることを特徴とするスペクトル干渉光コヒーレンストモグラフィー。
