Pronalazak se odnosi na ulivni poklopac za svežu vodu odnosno hemikalije u bazenskim postrojenjima, koji se postavlja iznad ulivnih kanala (2), na dnu bazena, pri čemu je ulivni poklopac (1) postavljen u području dna bazena i svojom gornjom stranom je u nivou sa okolnim dnom bazena. Ulivni poklopac (1), ima udubljenja (4) sa otvorima (5), koji se pružaju od najdubljeg mesta udubljenja do gornje strane poklopca i kosinu (8) preko koje se usmerava strujanje.
