Abstract
Otkriven je uredjaj za resekciju koji služi za odstranjivanje tkiva. Uredjaj za resekciju obuhvata kanulu (12) sa udubljenjem (14) koja se umeće u telo. Kanula (12) je napravljena sa bar jednim, poželjno je više, otvorom sečiva (22) koje ima oštricu sečiva (24). Uredjaj za resekciju obuhvata i rotirajući mehanizam (26) koji je povezan osovinom (28) sa kanulom (12), i koji rotira kanulu (12) oko longitudinalne ose istog. Kao rezultat rotiranja i konstrukcije kanule kada je kanula (12) u kontaktu sa tkivom, oštrice sečiva (24) otvora sečiva (22) seciraju tkivo, i usmeravaju secirano tkivo kroz otvore (22) u udubljenje (14) kanule (12).[A resecting device for use in tissue removal is disclosed. The resecting device includes a cannula (12) having a hollow (14) which is sized for introduction into a body. The cannula (12) is formed with at least one, preferably a plurality of, cutting openings (22) each having a cutting edge (24). The resecting device further includes a rotating mechanism (26) which is connectable through a shaft (28) to the cannula (12), and which serves for totating the cannula (12) around a longitudinal axis thereof. As a result of such rotation, the cannula's construction when the cannula (12) is contacted with the tissue, the cutting edges (24) of the cutting openings (22) dissect the tissue, and direct the dissected tissue through the openings (22) into the hollow (14) of the cannula (12).
