Abstract

Opisan je postupak za dobijanje 3-hidroksi-5-/2-(dimetilamino)-etil/-2,3-dihidro-4-(metoksifenil)-1,5 benzotiazepin-4(5H)-ona i upotreba proizvoda dobijenog ovim postupkom za dobijanje farmaceutskih kompozicija i farmaceutski aktivnih jedinjenja polazeći sa N-alkilovanjem 3-hidroksi-2,3-dihidro-4-(metoksifenil)-1,5-benzotiazepin-4(5H)-ona sa (dimetilamino) etil halogenidom gde se reakcija N-alkilovanja izvodi u reakcionoj smeši koja sadrži 2-butanon i vodu. Proizvod ove reakcije i njegove soli su korisni kao farmaceutski aktivna jedinjenja i kao intermedijari za dobijanje farmaceutski aktivnih jedinjenja. Opisani postupak i upotreba su jednostavniji, efikasniji i bezbedniji nego ranije poznati postupci i dobija se proizvod odlične čistoće.
