Abstract

Predstavljeni izum opisuje postupak nanošenja praškaste obloge na neprovodljivi supstrat i to prvo izlaganjem neprovodljivog supstrata kombinaciji pare i toplote temperaturama izmedju 70В°C i 140В°C u vremenskom periodu izmedju 5 sekundi i 10 minuta, posle čega se elektrostatički nanosi praškasta obloga na supstrat koji je uzemljen; ovaj jednostavan i pouzdan postupak predhodnog tretiranja omogućava efikasno nanošenje praškastih obloga na neprovodljive supstrate što rezultira u ravnomernom i glatkom slaganju praškaste obloge po celoj površini uključujući ivice i bez nepovoljnih efekata na potonu vulkanizaciju praškastog filma.[The present invention describes a process for the application of a powder coating to a non-conductive substrate by first exposing the non-conductive substrate to a combination of steam and heat at temperatures between 70 В°C and 140 В°C for a period between 5 seconds and up to 10 minutes, followed by electrostatic application of a powder coating to the substrate which is grouded; this simple and reliable pre-treatment method allows an efficient application of powder coatings to non-conductive substrates resulting in uniform and even deposition of the powder coating over the whole surface including edges and with no adverse effects on the subsequent curing of the powder film.
