Abstract

Uredaj za pretvaranje opasnih otpadaka u bezopasan agregat koji ne ispusta sastojke, koji obuhvata obrtnu pec (10) koja ima ulazni deo (12), prvi oksidator (26) koji obuhvata jedan vodom hladen sud sa metalnim zidom pored ulaznog dela (12) peci (10), izvor (28) cvrstog otpadnog materijala, pri cemu taj cvrst otpadni materijal sadrzi krupne cvrste otpatke i prasinu od otpadaka, uredaj za razdvajanje velikih cvrstih otpadaka od prasine od otpadaka, uredaj za unosenje velikih komada cvrstih otpadaka u ulazni deo (12) obrtne peci (10), uredaj za unosenje prasine od otpadaka u prvi oksidator (26), napravu za izazivanje sagorevanja u peci (10) za pretvaranje velikih komada cvrstih otpadaka u cvrst zrnast primaran agregat, klinker, isparljive gasove i gasovite nuzproizvode sagorevanja, napravu (34) za izdvajanje klinkera iz cvrstog zrnastog primarnog agregata, sredstva (36, 38) za ostvarivanje sagorevanja u prvom oksidatoru (26) radi pretvaranja prasine od otpadaka, isparljivih gasova i gasovitih nuzproizvoda sagorevanja u nesagorljivu prasinu, rastopljenu sljaku i otpadni gas, napravu za ispustanje gasovitih proizvoda sagorevanja iz peci (10) i otpadnog gasa iz prvog oksidatora (26), naprave (64, 66) za hladenje nesagorljive prasine i otpadnog gasa, napravu (74) za razdvajanje nesagorljivih cestica od otpadnog gasa, naprave (84, 98) za unosenje zrnastog primarnog agregata i nesagorljive prasine u rastopljenu sljaku radi obrazovanja u sustini rastopljene mesavine, napravu (108) za uklanjanje u sustinu rastopljene mesavine iz prvog oksidatora (26) i sredstvo (106) za hladenje te u sustini rastopljene mesavine radi obrazovanja bezopasnog agregata koji ne ispusta materije, nazna cen time, sto naprava za uklanjanje u sustini rastopljene mesavine iz prvog oksidatora (26) obuhvata sabirnik (108) sljake povezan sa oksidatorom i sto sabirnik (108) sljake obuhvata gorionik (112) za zagrevanje i ostakljivanje sljake u sabirniku (108) i sto je gorionik (112) postavljen pod uglom da ometa protok i time produzi vreme zadrzavanja sljake u sabirniku (108). - Prijava sadrzi jos 20 zavisnih zahteva.
