Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA IZRADU TRANSDERMALNOG TERAPIJSKOG SISTEMA SA POVIŠENIM PROTOKOM AKTIVNE MATERIJE sa slojevitom izgradnjom iz zadnjeg sloja (11), u suštini nepropusnog za aktivnu materiju, matrikse (12, 22) koji može da se aktiviše koji sadrži aktivnu materiju i sloja (13) koji kontroliše pristup vlage koži, naznačen time, što se primenjuje matriks, koji može da se aktiviše vlagom kože iz osnovnog materijala (15) u suštini nerastvomog u vodi, koji ne propušta vodenu paru i u velikoj meri ne sadrži aktivnu materiju, u korne se raspoređuju ostrvca (14), koja se sastoje iz čvrstog rastvora aktivne lekovite materije u osnovnorn materijalu rastvorenom u vodi ili koji može da bubri u vodi.
