Abstract

Postupak za vakuumsko livenje rastopljenog metala, koji obuhvata obrazovanje kalupa koji ima šupljinu kalupa i suženi sklop ulaznih kanala koji povezuje šupljinu kalupa sa donjim delom kalupa koji se uranja u ispod njega postavljeno kupatilo tečnog metala, pomeranje kalupa u odnosu na kupatilo radi utapanja pomenutog donjeg dela kalupa u kupatilo, delovanje razlikom pritisaka izmedju šupljine kalupa i kupatila da bi se potisnuo rastopijeni metal naviše, kroz sklop ulaznih kanala u šupljinu kalupa iznad njega, da bi se šupljina kalupa ispunila rastopljenim metalom, pomeranje kalupa u odnosu na kupatilo da bi se izvukao pomenuti donji deo iz kupatila, naznačen time, što se održava razlika pritisaka nad rastopljenim metalom u sklopu ulaznih kanala; koji su toliko suženi, da preko površinskog napona rastopljenog metala zadržavaju rastopljeni metal u kanalima, tako da zajedno sa ostvarenom razlikom pritisaka u sprečavanju curenja rastopljenog metala iz sklopa ulaznih kanala i iznad njega postavljene šupljine kalupa, a nakon izvlačenja donjeg dela kalupa iz kupatila i pre no što se rastopljeni metal stvrdne u sklopu ulaznih kanala.
