Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA DOBIJANJE POLIMERNOG VLAKNA, KOJE SADRŽI LEK, ZA ZADRŽAVANJE U GASTROINTESTINALNOM TRAKTU, naznačen time, što obuhvata (i) uvodjenje pomenutog leka u pomenuto vlakno; ili (ii) mešanje pomenutog leka, sa porosigenom, u pomenutom vlaknu, pri čemu je pomenuito vlakno u razmekšalom stanju, što sledi hladjenje nastalog lek/vlakna; ili (iii) mešanje pomenutog leka, sa porasigenom, u polimeru, pri čemu je pomenuti polimer u razmekšanom stanju, i zatim hladjenje i prevodjenje smese lek/polimer do željenih dimenzija; ili (iv) mešanje leka, proizvoljno sa porosigenom, sa odgovarajućim reaktantima koji se zahtevaju za proizvodnju pomenutog polimera pre polimerizacije pomenutih reaktanata, što sledi njihova polimerizacija i prevodjenje tako dobijenih lek/polimer do vlakna željenih dimenzija.
