POSTUPAK ZA ELEKTROLITIČKU PROIZVODNJU HLORDIOKSIDA, naznačen time, što se u katodni odeljak elektrolitičke ćelije koji je odvojen jonoizmenjivačkom membranom od anodnog odeljka i snabdeven trodimenzionalnom katodom velike specifične površine šaržiraju hloratni, hloridni i vodonični joni pri čemu se hloratni joni redukuju do hlordioksida a ko-proizvedeni hlor do hloridnih jona, što se nastali hlordioksid odvodi iz katodnog odeljka a nastali vodonikovi joni u anodnom odeljku difunduju kroz jonoizmenjivačku membranu u katodni odeljak.
