Abstract

od jedinjenja formule gde je R kao što je prethodno definisano i X je bromo ili hloro, na značen time, što jedinjenje formule (III) dovodi u kontakt sa natrijum jodidom u reakciono inertnom rastvaraču kao što je acetonitril na 0-35В° C ili se jedinjenje formule (III) zagreva sa ili bez rastvarača na 25 -85В° C kada X je bromo, odnosno na 60 -100В° C kad je X hloro, pri čemu je pomenuti rastvarač poželjno da bude acetonitril, k radi dobijanja jedinjenja formule koje se zatim tretira sa u suštini jednim ekvivalentnom alkalnometal-nog hidrida t-butoksida ili heksametildisilazida u prisustvu u suštini jednog ekvivalenta trifenilfosfina i pomešano u prisustvu rastvarača polarnih etara kao što je tetrahidrofuran na temperaturama blizOВ°C.
