Abstract

POSTUPAK ZA KONTINUALNO REGULISANJE SNAGE MESANJA ELEKTRODNE MASE ZA UGLJENICNE AGLOMERATE, sa sadrzajem od 82 do 88% ugljenika, precnika zrna izmedju 0,2 i 3mm, i 12 do 18% katrana ili smole kao organskog veziva u cvrstom ili viskoznom stanju, sa mesalicom cevastog tela, zupcima i osovinom, koja se obrce sinhronizovano kretanjem napred-nazad elektricnim motorom jednosmerne struje, cija je snaga srazmerna intenzitetu struje, a mesanje se vrsi na temperaturi oko 160 C, nazn acen time, sto je vrednost energije mesanja izmedju 4 i 10 kWh po toni elektrodne mase, protok u sudu za mesanje 30 tona/cas, parametar C struje napajanja motora 500 A, maksimalni intenzitet struje Imax pri kome se prekida napajanje motora 520 A, i sto se odredjuju cetiri intenziteta struje za svaki ciklus kretanja osovine u sudu mesalice napred-nazad, pri cemu su IV1 i IV2 intenziteti za kretanje napred i IA1 i IA2 intenziteti za kretanje unazad, i to tako da je IV1 vrednost intenziteta u trenutku kada je osovina sa zupcima u prednjem polozaju odnosno pri istiskivanju elektrodne mase iz mesalice sa maksimalnom vrednoscu 520A, IV2 je vrednost struje u prvom minimumu, koji nastaje na pocetku kretanja osovine mesalice nazad, sa promenom izmedju 25o i 500 A, IA1 se odredjuje kad pokretni zupci osovine potiskuju ugljenicnu elektrodu masu prema odgovarajucim fiksnim zupcima kretanjem unazad, sa maksimalnom vrednoscu 520A, i IA2 se odredjuje kao vrednost struje za drugi minimum, koji se postize polozajem pokretnim zubaca izmedju fiksnih zubaca i moze da varira izmedju 180 i 460A. Postupak prema patentnom zahtevu 1, naznacen time, sto se za svaki ciklus n korelise vrednost intenziteta struje IA2 sa cetiri sukcesivna praga (P2, S1, S2 i SB) intenziteta rastuce vrednosti P2=210A, S1=364A, S2=415A, SB=470A, tako da uvecava IV2 i usmerava ispustanje i mesanje elektrodne mase stepenom otvaranja klapni i brzinom obrtanja mesalica
